2013年的春天，莫斯科乍暖还寒。刚刚就任国家主席的习近平到访俄罗斯，将来自中国人民的友情传递至俄罗斯各界民众心间。2014年，习主席再次将俄罗斯作为新一年首访国，让俄罗斯人民备受鼓舞。俄罗斯友人在接受本报记者采访时，纷纷畅谈他们对习主席近一年来的难忘印象，称赞新一届中央领导集体内政外交上的卓越建树。
回想起去年的3月23日，俄罗斯科学院远东研究所著名汉学家卢基扬诺夫感受良多。那天他有幸被邀请参加习主席会见俄汉学家、学习汉语的学生和媒体代表的活动。卢基扬诺夫告诉本报记者，考虑到当时习主席出访日程十分密集，几位与会者甚至有些担心没有机会见到习主席了。没想到，习主席不仅如约而至，还延长了会见时间，与老中青三代俄罗斯中国学研究者进行了充分的交流和互动。“一国领导人能够在百忙之中抽时间接见学者，足见他对学术的尊重，更体现出他个人的谦虚和对两国人文交流的重视。”卢基扬诺夫由衷感叹道。

会见过程中，卢基扬诺夫向习主席介绍了远东所编撰的《中国精神文化大典》丛书，并交流了对中国经典古籍中很多思想的看法。卢基扬诺夫表示，习主席对中国经史典籍的把握十分到位，且运用自如。“在我看来，习主席不仅是一位成功的政治家，更是中俄文化交流的使者！”卢基扬诺夫记得，习主席对俄罗斯文学的了解绝不亚于文学专业研究人员，“普希金、莱蒙托夫、托尔斯泰、果戈里、法捷耶夫、肖洛霍夫等等，习主席并不是简单列举出这些名字，对于他们每个人的作品，习主席都能如数家珍般地描述。特别是习主席提到了车尔尼雪夫斯基的《怎么办？》，将这部作品与自己年轻时的奋斗岁月相结合，让我们在座的每一个人都颇为感动。”
卢基扬诺夫说，与习主席的见面是一次真正的对话，一场心灵的交流。他相信，在如此了解俄罗斯的领导人的带领下，俄中两国关系定能实现长足发展。他指出，当两国关系的重点转移至文化交流时，说明它已上升到了新的高度。
汉学家洛马诺夫对中国梦深有感触，他认为，习近平担任总书记后不久便提出了中国梦的概念，表现出高瞻远瞩。在洛马诺夫眼中，习主席还是一位非常勤奋且有魄力的领导人。习主席对于国家未来发展和改革途径有着深刻的认识和全面的规划。正是因此，中国在最短的时间内向世界展示出强大的改革信心，用实际行动体现出坚定的改革决心。洛马诺夫认为，这样快速的行动力恐怕很难在世界其他国家看到。
对内体恤民情，对外广结良友，是洛马诺夫对习主席近一年来内政外交成果的概括。“为了了解当代中国的发展情况，我时常收看中国媒体的各类报道。给我留下印象最深的，就是习近平主席忙碌的身影。虽然履新还不到一年，但习主席的脚步已经遍布中国大部分地区，对落后地区的发展问题尤为关注，将大部分精力放在改善民生方面。这样的政治家才是民众需要的。”洛马诺夫感叹道，“外交方面，从去年3月首访俄罗斯开始，习主席几乎走遍了各大洲，与多国领导人开展了密切互动，在国际舞台上树立了很好的中国形象，中国梦的概念更是在全球范围内广泛传播。”洛马诺夫十分欣赏习主席有关建设“丝绸之路经济带”的想法，他认为，明智的政治家都会将周边国家作为最重要的合作伙伴。习主席的这一提法不仅给整个欧亚地区带来了新的发展机遇，更是带动了中亚各国深入挖掘经济潜力的浪潮。未来的丝路经济必将成为共赢理念最好的例证。
