Autonomous region party full deepening reform leadership group is responsible for all district reform of General design, and and manpower coordination, and overall advance, and urged implementation, main duties is: research determines economy, and political system, and culture system, and social system, and ecological civilization system and party of construction system, aspects reform of major principles, and policy measures, and general programme; unified deployment all district sex major reform; and manpower coordination handling global, and long-term sex, and across area across sector of major reform problem; Guide, and promoting, and Urging party committees on major reform policies and measures for their implementation.
Under the Office of the leading group (referred to as State reform) as a permanent working body to deal with routine matters of the leading group. Leading group consists of a number of project groups formed led by the relevant departments of the autonomous region, respectively.

本报讯(石磊) 日前，自治区党委常委会研究决定，成立自治区党委全面深化改革领导小组。自治区党委书记陈全国任组长，自治区党委副书记、自治区人大常委会主任白玛赤林，自治区党委副书记、自治区主席洛桑江村，自治区党委常务副书记吴英杰，自治区党委副书记、自治区常务副主席邓小刚任副组长。
自治区党委全面深化改革领导小组负责全区改革的总体设计、统筹协调、整体推进、督促落实，主要职责是：研究确定经济体制、政治体制、文化体制、社会体制、生态文明体制和党的建设制度等方面改革的重大原则、政策措施、总体方案；统一部署全区性重大改革；统筹协调处理全局性、长远性、跨地区跨部门的重大改革问题；指导、推动、督促区党委有关重大改革政策措施的组织落实。
领导小组下设办公室(简称自治区改革办)，作为常设性工作机构，负责处理领导小组日常事务工作。领导小组下设若干专项小组，由自治区有关部门分别牵头组建。
