晨报讯 来自安徽的新上海人小黄近日疑惑，他上月乘长途班车回老家，票价是128元；上周五他和爱人一起回家探亲，车站工作人员向他收取两张票的费用共500元，即每张250元，几乎比春运前涨了一倍，他疑惑：这合理吗？
据介绍，节前公路春运于1月16日开始至2月24日共45天；期间，本市长途班车客运票价按市物价局和交港局规定可以按基准价在30%的范围内浮动。在春运前的客运淡季，公路客运票价一直没有执行基准价，即按基准价下浮30%；从1月16日起，公路客票价格已调回到基准价，并按规定在30%的范围内上浮。以上海至安徽颍上为例，车型为高一级的客票基准价为152元，小黄平时在客运淡季时票价128元，在基准价以下，坐的是高一级客车；而这次他与爱人坐了高三级的高档车，高三级客车的基准价为203元，再按规定上浮30%以内，这显然是在合理范围内，旅客之所以会感觉票价上涨超过了30%，其实是由于恢复到原来的基准价后，再按客运票价规定及车况、站点等级等因素，实行适当上浮。
