2012年11月开始，小吴建立“特价机票”、“易翔航空”等7个虚假订购打折机票网站，以每月240多元的价格租用了外地的一个服务器，还申请开通了网络“客服专线”。他还购买搜索优化程序，使网站在搜索引擎中排名靠前。
2012年12月6日，第一笔“生意”来了。王女士通过搜索引擎进入小吴的网站，买了张1612元的机票，但王女士却支付不了，她拨打了客服热线。
接听电话的正是小吴。小吴得知她的银行卡是建行的，就让王女士直接将钱转账到一张建行卡上。王女士转出了1600多元，却没有收到机票。
“银行卡是我从网上买来的，一套好几百元，各个银行的都有，而且开户名都是别人的。”小吴说。
机票钱还是小的，当受害者拿不到机票要求退款时，小吴等人会趁机划走对方卡里的钱。
经查，从2012年12月6日到2013年2月21日，有42位受害人先后被骗，金额达到20.9万元。
2013年2月初，嘉善网警接到举报。警方着手调查。去年2月21日，民警在魏塘、罗星两家浴室内将小吴等5人全部抓获。
