去年联想为第五大智能手机制造商，出货量为4550万部，市场份额为4.6%。根据Strategy Analytics的统计，联想加摩托罗拉可占6%的市场，足以超越LG（出货量为4760万部）和华为（5040万部），成为继三星和苹果之后第三大智能手机公司。

以下为Strategy Analytics本周早些时候发布的2013年统计数据：三星出货量为3.198亿部，苹果为1.534亿部，华为5040万部，LG4760万部，联想4550万部，市场份额分别为32.3%、15.5%、5.1%、4.8%、4.6%。如果摩托罗拉2013年的市场份额只有1.4%，换算成出货量为1400万部，谷歌放弃该公司就不很奇怪了。

不过，现在祝贺联想还太早。此次收购需要监管机构的批准才能完成。
