　　据记者29日从西藏自治区住房和城乡建设厅(以下简称“西藏住建厅”)了解，为改善像顿珠老人这样的低收入家庭居住条件，西藏从2006年开始启动保障房建设，截至去年底共建成廉租房2万套。而2013年，包括廉租房在内，西藏为低收入户建成的4.3万套(户)保障房项目也已全面完工。

　　已是古稀之年的顿珠在接受记者采访时感言，自2012年底拉萨市老城区保护工程启动以来，她们的居住环境和条件得到了不同程度的改善，但由于居住面积狭小，老城区内几代人硬挤在一起生活的家庭也有很多，“今年农历春节和藏历新年到来之际，全家人能搬进廉租房感到很是幸运。”

　　西藏住建厅表示，2013年西藏新建的6000套廉租房主体工程已基本完成，明年陆续安排入住，该工程总投资约7亿元人民币，覆盖西藏全区七地(市)的74个县(市、区)，将惠及近2万名住房困难民众。目前，西藏各地廉租房租金标准有所不同，每平米的月租金0.3元至0.5元不等，同时当地政府还会以发放租赁住房补贴的形式，帮助城镇低收入家庭。

　　“棚户区改造是今年西藏保障性住房建设的重点”，西藏住建厅一位负责人称，2014年西藏保障房建设目标任务为6.58万套(户)，是去年的1.5倍，项目覆盖西藏所有地市、县和乡镇，所有新建项目要在年内基本建成，棚户区改造项目总体进度达到70%以上。

　　此前西藏官方表示，西藏连续8年累计投资273.57亿元的农牧民安居工程全面完成，全区46.03万户、230万农牧民住上了安全适用的房屋，农牧民生活条件得到历史性改善，生活方式实现重大转变，农牧区面貌焕然一新。(完)
