　　同时，设立北京市新闻出版广电局，为市政府直属机构，加挂北京市版权局牌子，负责本市新闻出版、广播电影电视和著作权管理工作。

　　此外，不再保留北京市卫生局、北京市人口和计划生育委员会、北京市广播电影电视局、北京市新闻出版局(北京市版权局)。

　　据介绍，　北京市卫生和计划生育委员会、北京市新闻出版广电局(北京市版权局)的主要职责、内设机构和人员编制“三定”规定将另行印发。

　　可优化医疗计生服务资源
