　　22人举报拆迁腐败奖10万

　　京华时报讯 (记者周鑫)举报职务犯罪，最高奖20万元。前天下午，西城检察院通报，该院召开奖励举报有功人员大会，共奖励22名实名举报人10万元，这是该院迄今为止人数最多的一次奖励活动。

　　此次受奖的举报人均为某单位新建办公楼征地的拆迁户，因在拆迁过程中发现腐败线索，联名向多个部门实名举报。西城检察院在收到举报信后，按照举报线索管辖规定与举报人进行了联系，并与举报人代表进行了谈话，详细了解情况后，按照相关规定将该线索转该院反贪局查办。最终由西城检察院反贪部门侦破的许某某贪污一案由北京市人民检察院第一分院审查起诉，北京市第一中级人民法院依法判决许某某无期徒刑，并追缴赃款1000余万元，为国家挽回了巨额损失。

　　西城检方表示，一旦举报线索被采用，法院作出有罪判决，举报人将会得到举报奖金，区县一级最多可奖励10万元，特大贡献的举报线索需报省市一级检察院，可获10万至20万元奖金。
