河南商报讯(记者 赵强) 昨天，河南商报记者从三门峡市中级人民法院获悉，检方对连霍高速三门峡义昌大桥“2·1”爆炸垮塌案提起公诉，法院已受理，该案将于2月中旬在三门峡中院开庭。被公诉的8名被告人涉及非法制造爆炸物罪、假冒注册商标罪、危险物品肇事罪等3项罪名。
检方称，被告人张根林、薛运芳联营宏盛公司期间，未经许可在其生产的多种烟花爆竹产品上假冒注册商标，其中由被告人张保林管理的车间生产的假冒注册商标产品价值12万余元，由被告人翟工厂与李瑞党管理的车间生产的假冒注册商标产品价值28.6万元。
检方认为，被告人张根林、薛运芳、翟工厂涉嫌非法制造爆炸物和假冒注册商标，被告人唐振生、唐进虎、郭转玲、唐雪琴涉嫌危险物品肇事，被告人张保林涉嫌假冒注册商标。据悉，三门峡中院拟定于2月中旬开庭审理此案。
