　　“事件发生后，我们立即启动了应急处置预案，将漏乘旅客安排到软席候车室休息。同时，送上方便面和火腿肠等食品，对要求退票的旅客现场办理全额退票，并表示我们真诚的歉意。”阜阳火车站工作人员表示。

　　据悉，今日上午7时许，阜阳火车站已安排大巴将滞留的20多名旅客送往安庆。
