据省交通运输厅介绍，免费放行车辆对象，依然是7座以下(含7座)载客车辆。为避免通行卡流失并保证免费时段与缴费时段平稳过渡，今天18时起，全省高速公路将统一发放纸券通行卡；大年初一(1月31日)零时前，省内各高速公路收费站将保持入口发卡、出口收卡缴费的正常收费模式。从1月31日零时起，省内各高速公路收费站出口，将不收纸券通行卡直接抬杆放行。
另外，大年初七(2月6日)18时起，全省高速公路将再次统一发放纸券通行卡，当天24时前出口不收纸券通行卡，直接抬杠放行。2月6日24时起，省内各高速公路将恢复入口发卡、出口缴费的正常收费模式。
交通状况：11高速路昨现拥堵
