　　早报记者昨天从杭州市纪委获悉，经过纪检监察机关初步核实，杭州市政府办公厅副主任张垂华涉嫌严重违纪。相关部门已对其采取停职检查措施。据该市纪委有关人士透露，其违纪事实与网传的“用网络信息平台勾引女性”有关。

　　从今年1月17日开始，天涯、猫扑等多家论坛出现网友指名道姓爆料：杭州市委办公厅副主任张垂华通过QQ聊天(QQ号78631719，网名：风中故事)多年来勾引多名女性，并利用手中金钱、权力、关系网将受害人带至宾馆发生关系。爆料帖称其为“网络猎艳高手”，并指出，自2010年至2013年间，张垂华在杭州地区各大小档次不同快捷宾馆留下数百次钟点房开房记录。

　　该爆料帖不仅公布了其QQ号和网名，还上传了部分开房记录的截图。截图中开房者的姓名、性别、出生日期、证件号码、民族等信息一览无余，还包括住宿旅馆、房号、入住及退房时间。根据截图透露的信息，这位生于1962年、名叫“张垂华”的男性，所住宿的宾馆多为杭州主城区及余杭区、德清县等周边价位在200元左右的快捷酒店或经济型商务宾馆。如图中多次出现的马克商务宾馆和汉庭快捷酒店，其标准间价格为188元。此外，张某的入住时间很短，基本都在2小时以内，最短的一次为38分钟。从截图的记录来看，张某的开房频率很高，短则3天。比对日历，张某的开房时间不仅在工作日午间和休息日，而且不少时间段在上班时间。

　　昨日，早报记者向杭州市纪委求证爆料网帖是否属实，纪委工作人员并未正面回应，只表示“张垂华的违纪事实正在调查，不便透露，但确与男女关系有关”。

　　根据早前公布在《杭州日报》上的“杭州市拟提拔任用市管领导干部名单”，张垂华，生于1962年4月，曾任杭州市政府办公厅工业经济处处长。早报记者昨天在杭州市政府网站上看到，在杭州市政府办公厅副主任一职上，张垂华的工作分工为，协助秘书长和厅主任处理公文处理、政务督查、政务公开、政务信息化、杭州公报和市府大楼安全保卫、市民中心信息化建设等方面的工作。分管市政府督查室，市政府办公厅秘书一处、政务公开处、保卫处，杭州公报室，市委、市政府办公信息处理中心。来源：东方早报
