Health Planning Committee： fixed-point production distribution graves ’ life-saving drugs

　　新京报讯 (记者魏铭言)国家将对甲亢救命药——甲巯咪唑定点生产定向配送，希望有效缓解持续一年多的短缺困局。昨天，国家卫计委公告称，为解决甲巯咪唑供应短缺问题，国家已将甲巯咪唑列入第一批定点生产试点品种。北京燕京药业有限公司(以下简称燕京药业)作为甲巯咪唑原料和制剂定点生产企业，已具备每月稳定生产甲巯咪唑(5mg)1亿片的能力，基本满足全国市场需求。

　　过去，由于供货企业变更，采购价格波动等原因，部分省份甲巯咪唑曾不能正常供应配送。

　　为确保其不因价格断供，国家卫计委强调，配送企业从燕京药业采购药品实行现款现货；各级医疗卫生机构必须货到付款，并按最高零售指导价(5mg×100片，4.9元/瓶)销售甲巯咪唑。

　　中国医药集团已帮助燕京药业在全国省会城市布点31个零售药店，售药点信息已在卫计委、工信部网站公布。

　　“救命药”利润小 药厂不爱生产

　　甲亢是仅次于糖尿病的内分泌科第二大疾病，治疗甲亢的两种主要基本药物是甲巯咪唑片和丙硫氧嘧啶片。国产甲巯咪唑片因价格较低(之前每瓶100片仅售1-2元)是甲亢患者的首选，但该药品利润空间小，药企失去生产动力。从2012年底，甲巯咪唑片在全国范围内断货，不少患者被迫购买进口药替代，不过其价格在30元左右，药片只有50片，是国产药价格的数十倍。

　　2013年，经国家卫计委等多部门协商，第一批1600万片、第二批6000万片甲巯咪唑片投放市场，按照各省份用药数量分配供应。

　　但国产甲巯咪唑片供应紧张的情况仍未完全解决，甚至蔓延到了替代药品。去年秋冬季，据媒体报道，北京仅燕京大药房有售国产甲巯咪唑片，每瓶4.9元，每人最多购买5瓶，仍供不应求。
