Health Planning Committee： normal “mental illness“ medical personnel or be removed from Office

　　南都讯 记者龙玉琴 昨日，国家卫生计生委公布《卫生和计划生育单位工作人员违反职业行为规范处理办法(征求意见稿)》，向社会公开征求意见。卫生计生单位工作人员若违反廉洁从业规定，收受红包、回扣等，将面临警告、记过甚至撤职等处理。

　　征求意见稿共15条，从诊疗、疾病防控、招标采购、医保管理等多个方面，对当前卫生计生领域暴露的典型违法行为，作出了明确规定，共涉及60多种违法违规行为。

　　比如具体到违反精神障碍诊断标准，将非精神障碍患者诊断为精神障碍患者的；违反诊疗规范，对患者实施不必要的检查，或者开具不必要的药品的等行为，都列入了规范内容。
