　　2014年被誉为4G通信的元年。1月23日，随着省工业和信息化委员会副主任朱维繁、省通信管理局副局长王再兴、兰州市人民政府副市长牛向东、中国移动甘肃公司副总经理卢志宏共同触动水晶球，兰州地区移动4G网络投入试运行，标志着我省正式开启4G大幕，兰州领航步入移动通信4G时代。即日起，市民乘坐1路公交车时即可免费体验4G通信的“秒刷”速度，甘肃移动还将在我市招募1000名用户，率先感受每秒百兆的超宽带速率。

　　2013年12月，工信部发放4G经营许可证，我国4G应用全面加速。移动4G是我国主导的国际主流4G标准，也是目前全世界最先进的通信技术之一，具有高速率、低时延、永远在线等显著特助特点，理论下载速率每秒超过100兆，是3G网络的20倍，而资费性价比也明显高于3G。极高的传输速度使得网络承载能力实现质的飞跃，使视频、游戏、音乐等个人数字生活应用内容更为普及和丰富，交通、政务、教育、数字城市等公共信息化领域的应用也将得到极大地拓展和延伸。为加快4G发展，中国移动采取“不登记、不换号、快速换卡”的原则，加快网络建设升级和终端普及应用，全国各大城市已陆续实现商用。

　　据了解，为让我省用户尽快享受到4G时代的精彩数字生活，甘肃移动集中全省资源，全力加快4G网络建设，今年年底前，将建成1万个4G基站，4G网覆盖面将超过3G网络，实现对全省各县城及以上城区和乡镇的有效覆盖，14个市、州全面实现商用。

　　1月23日起，甘肃移动面向我市将首批招募1000名公众用户率先体验4G应用，市民可登录甘肃移动门户网站(gs.10086.cn)或是无线城市兰州站(lanzhou.wxcs.cn)申请试用。此外，所有乘坐兰州公交1路车的市民也可以“尝鲜”试用。市民需使用支持WLAN功能的手机、平板电脑搜索“CMCC-4G”热点即可免认证、免费通过4G网络上网，体验超高速上网，播放高清语音、视频、3D电影等。

　　当日的首发式上，甘肃移动发布了19款4G手机。除移动4G版苹果5S、5C手机外，还包括三星、HTC、索尼、华为、酷派、中兴、海信、天语、LG、联想等多个品牌。据介绍，到今年底，4G手机种类将超过200款，同时中国移动还将推出4G千元智能机、自主品牌的4G手机等终端产品。

　　资费方面，甘肃移动将执行4G全国统一资费方案，从流量、语音通话、短彩信三个方面设置不同的套餐价格。以流量为例，包含从40元400M，到280元10G的7档不同方案。语音则包括从48元200分钟，到408元4000分钟的不同选择，短信、彩信也别有三档不同的套餐并取消长途漫游，长市漫统一的语音通话价格。(记者 陈茗佳 文/图)
