自曝被律协通报批评
前日晚，陈枢在其新浪微博曝光了北京市律协在今年1月13日发出的“京律纪处(2014)第5号”文件。该文件称：“陈枢律师作为辩护人，在接受委托后，应当认真研究案情，寻找证据，运用法律，向法庭发表辩护意见，维护当事人的合法权利。即使意见未被有关机关采纳，也应当通过正当渠道反映问题、提出意见或建议，而不应当通过网络媒体，采取‘隔空喊话’‘打口水战’的方式表达意见，更不应违反诉讼制度泄露当事人隐私、披露不公开审理的案件信息。”北京市律协决定：“给予陈枢律师通报批评的行业纪律处分。”

昨天，北京市律协一相关负责人表示，针对李某某案律师违规违纪的调查仍处于申诉阶段，“待30天申诉期过后，会向社会和媒体通报。”
