人感染H7N9禽流感疫情春节期间会不会暴发？有关H7N9禽流感如何防控？中国之声记者专访了中国驻世界动物卫生组织代表、农业部兽医局局长张仲秋。
农业部昨天召开了“H7N9禽流感防控工作情况”新闻发布会，针对近期我国各地禽流感病例的增加，以及禽流感的来源和传播等大家关心的问题做了进一步的解释。中国驻世界动物卫生组织代表、农业部兽医局局长张仲秋介绍说，随着流感病毒进化变异，流感感染的范围会不断扩大，各种野禽、家禽，甚至哺乳动物，都有被传染的可能。当一定时期，病毒稳定在一个物种上，人们就称为某个物种的流感，因此，从目前的情况来看，病毒的传播途径目前并不是完全的清楚。
张仲秋：关于人的H7N9病毒流感来源问题，从目前的情况来看，并没有充分的证据来证明病毒是由鸡直接传染给人的。
张仲秋介绍，自2013年3月发现人H7N9流感病例以来，农业部就组织国家禽流感参考实验室、各省和兽医系统专业实验室开展了监测工作。今年以来，共监测样品3.34万份。仅在广东、福建、广西、浙江4省区的5个活禽市场中检出8份病原学阳性样品。
张仲秋：目前就是从人的留调和我们配合人搞的动物留调来看，有一些人实际上完全没有接触家禽的机会，这就是说有60%、70%怀疑是跟农贸市场有关系，但是还有30%、40%搞不清楚是什么途径。 所以从目前的情况看，还有些情况没有搞清楚，从检测的结果来看，目前养殖场还没有检测出H7N9流感病毒，所以养禽场还没有受到H7N9禽流感的污染。
春节临近，按照老百姓传统的饮食习惯，饭桌上鸡鸭鱼肉必不可少，那么现在的鸡鸭大家还是否敢吃呢？在禽流感和美食佳肴面前，我们又该如何取舍？张仲秋介绍说，
张仲秋：通过正规渠道购买的、经过检疫合格的禽肉是安全的就是家禽出栏时，一般都是按照规定的必须经过产地检疫合格才能够进入市场。所有的流感病毒的抵抗力是非常的弱，70度以上这个病毒就基本上存活不了，所以这个流感病毒是不会通过熟食来传播。
虽然诸多证据证明只要方法得当，鸡鸭等禽类人们仍然是可以正常食用的，但是自从去年3月份首次出现人H7N9流感病例以来，谈“禽”色变的心里还是普遍存在。
张仲秋：去年3月份这个病例发生以后，在一定时期内造成了消费恐慌、从业恐惧。好多从业的人都不敢从事于这个事情，所以，家禽的销售严重受挫。
因此，有一些专家也对感染H7N9禽流感这个说法的科学与否产生了质疑，甚至有广东的养殖户强烈呼吁要更改名称。
张仲秋：从农业部来说，已经注意到家禽产业界关于改名强调的呼吁。去年4月份，世界卫生组织WHO、世界动物卫生组织OIE和联合国粮农组织FAO这三家国际组织的专家就H7N9禽流感名称进行了会商，建议在媒体上使用H7N9流感或H7N9病毒这个名称。
