今天早晨到上午，贵州东北部、湖南大部、广西东北部、湖北中东部、江西北部、安徽、江苏、上海等地有大雾，部分地区有能见度不足500米的浓雾，局地有能见度不足200米的强浓雾。
河北京沪高速河北段9时31分恢复正常
今天上午，记者登录“河北省高速公路路况信息网”，网页显示，京沪/京台高速北京、上海方向，已于2014年1月30日9时31分恢复正常通行。1月30日4时54分，高速交警因雾双向关闭该路段青县站至吴桥站。
据河北省交管局通报，从事故发生起数来分析，排名前三位的是京港澳、大广、京昆高速；按每公里死亡人数分析，荣乌、京昆、京哈高速位居前三。经统计，荣乌、京昆、京哈、京藏、京新、京港澳、大广、青银这8条高速公路每公里死亡人数均高于全省平均数，也是大家行驶时需要多加小心的路段。
另外，近期京港澳高速石安段改扩建施工路段事故突出，原石太高速的山区路段事故明显多发，提醒广大驾驶员，在经过上述路段时谨慎驾驶。
另据央视上午报道，南京、合肥、上海机场上午出现部分延误，上海多条高速关闭，湖北境内高速全线封闭。

首都机场30多架次往返南方航班延误
今天上午，首都机场往返武汉、无锡、南昌、杭州等南方地区的30多架次航班出现较长时间延误。
原定早6点从首都机场飞往南昌的航班一直延误到上午10点半才起飞，不少旅客抱怨两部手机都玩没电了，飞机还没动窝。
武汉上午前往首都机场的航班几乎全部延误。到今天上午11点后情况得到好转，航班陆续起飞、降落。
不过今天下午首都机场前往武汉的三架次航班已经取消。首都机场工作人员提醒旅客出发前与航空公司取得联系，以免耽误行程。

本报讯(记者 李文姬)今天上午，铁路总公司发布最新春运数据，昨日全国铁路加开临客523列，发送旅客640万人次。截至28日，春运以来全国铁路累计发送旅客8443.7万人次，同比增加1124.2万人次，增长15.4%。
记者从铁路总公司获悉，28日当天，全国铁路开行旅客列车5023列，其中加开临客651列；发送旅客680.5万人次，同比增长5.2%，其中北京、上海铁路局和广铁集团分别发送旅客78.8万、132.9万、109.3万人次，同比增长1.9%、17.9%、1.4%。
为方便老、弱、病、残、孕等重点旅客春运期间出行，铁路部门在客流集中车站推出重点旅客12306预约服务便民措施，持有铁路有效车票且行动不便的老人、病人和靠辅助器具才能行动的人员等重点旅客，可提前拨打12306铁路客服电话进行预约，铁路部门将提供优先进站、便利出站，以及轮椅、担架等服务。
铁路部门提示，目前正值节前客流高峰，请通过网络购票成功的旅客尽早换取车票，确保票、证、人信息一致，留足进站乘车时间，以免耽误行程。
