5名遇难者每人获赔70万元 还有3人的赔偿仍在协商
新华网南宁1月29日电(记者张莺)广西金秀瑶族自治县县委宣传部28日下午公布“天堂谷”漂流事故赔偿结果，已对5名遇难者每人赔偿70万元，剩余3名遇难者因有关方面与家属无法达成一致仍在协商。
2013年7月14日，金秀瑶族自治县忠良乡“天堂谷”漂流事故共造成8名游客遇难，包括柳州市游客4名、梧州市蒙山县游客2名、桂林市游客2名。事件发生后，金秀县成立7个工作组开展善后处置和伤亡赔偿工作。
金秀县委宣传部通报称，从去年7月22日至12月10日，金秀县天堂山景区旅游投资有限公司委托代理人和每个遇难者家属就赔偿范围、赔偿标准和赔偿额等进行不少于6次的协商。其间每个遇难者赔偿金从最初的40多万元提高到70万元，取得了大部分遇难者家属的认可和谅解。去年10月11日至12月9日，公司方分别与5名遇难者的家属达成赔偿协议，每位遇难者赔偿70万元。
目前，剩余的柳州市3名遇难者的赔偿问题仍在协商中，由于相关家属要求每人赔偿额在120万元至180万元之间，且情绪波动较大，与公司方通过协商达成刑事和解和民事赔偿协议困难较大。
金秀县委宣传部称，公司方委托代理人已告知这3名遇难者的家属，希望他们在协商不能达成共识的情况下通过法律渠道，由人民法院来裁定，金秀县工作组将继续实行一对一的联络服务方式，做好3名遇难者的家属和公司的沟通协调，促成他们尽快达成赔偿协议。
