  据称每天亏损200多万

  据悉,广深沿江高速公路自2006年开工以来,面临征地拆迁难、征地拆迁成本倍增、人工材料价格猛涨、建设工期一再延后、项目融资成本及管理费用增加等一系列问题,仅广州、东莞段总投资成本就高达182亿元,单位公里平均造价高达3亿元。广深沿江高速公路有限公司负责人称:公司日均还本付息需300万元,加上运营、维护等成本,每日需支出约350万元,而目前广州段的收入是六七十万元,如果东莞段不免费,两段路加起来,每天收入也不到100万元。


  广深沿江高速公路有限公司负责人说,“广深沿江”是双向8车道,却要按6车道的收费标准(即0 .6元/车/公里),显然不合理。“如果按0 .6元/车/公里收费,广深沿江高速肯定没办法还本付息。”


  自行“封路”是要负责的


  “现在项目运营管理工作‘难以为继’”,广东广深沿江高速公路有限公司负责人表示,公司可能在年初八封闭广深沿江高速公路的出入口,“我们事前会通知有关部门”。


  不少车主表示,如果封闭高速公路,受影响的是广大司机。广州车主陈先生表示,希望广深沿江高速的价格问题可以协调解决,如果为此封闭高速公路,运营方恐怕更难还本付息,司机则少了一条来往广深莞三地的便捷通道。


  广东省交通运输厅有关负责人答复羊城晚报记者询问时表示,广深沿江高速公路有限公司来文,提到项目因无法承担巨额亏损、无法保障正常运营,要封闭广深沿江高速公路全线路段及暂停广州至东莞段的运营。根据《收费公路管理条例》第26条规定及有关社会治安的管理规定,若自行封闭高速公路或自行停止正常运营服务,是违背相关法律法规规定的,同时还将严重损害社会公共利益,影响高速公路行业正常的经营管理秩序,该公司及相关责任人将承担相应的法律责任和社会、经济责任。


  “目前,广东省实行统一的高速公路收费标准,在新的收费政策出台前,广深沿江高速应严格执行经省政府批准的收费标准”,该负责人表示,针对高速公路存在的现实困难,省交通运输厅已会同省有关部门开展收费政策的调研,但收费政策的调整需按照《收费公路管理条例》有关规定和程序进行。同时,该公司也应抓紧对交通标志设置方案进行系统调研和设计,尽快将设计文件报厅审查,省交通运输厅将会同省公安厅交管局做好有关协调工作。
