  今年准备为孩子报考金山区民办小学的胡女士表示,政策的出台让家长的选择更加谨慎,而民办小学面谈过程须向家委会代表、媒体和相关督查部门公开等机制也受到家长的欢迎。

  解读:一年级语文书变薄1/3


  今年“两会”期间,市委书记韩正说,过去课本最后一页是课本的“生词表”,去掉一年级入学前已经学过的,这个课本产生的新词量就在这里。“我看上世纪60年代的一年级版本,最后的生词总量和现在最新版的生词总量差不多,但是把一本书从头看一遍,发觉新版实际的生词远远超过旧版的。”


  隐性生字让孩子不轻松


  记者采访中,不少小一生家长和一年级语文老师反映,“隐性生字”在课文中出现的频率不小,有时甚至和需认读字数量相当。例如,在小学一年级教材中有一篇《采蘑菇》,“小兔跑步,绕过大树,穿过草地,去采蘑菇。”该课文的教学设计是“能在语言环境中认读‘树、草、地、去、采’”。小一生家长侯女士表示,其中“绕”、“穿”、“蘑菇”对她的孩子来说都是生字。


  如何理解《2014年上海市基础教育工作要点》中关于修订小学一年级语文教材,适当减少课文篇数、识字量和写字量?


  对此,市教委相关负责人昨天回应:从今年9月开始的新学期,语文课本将有望变薄1/3,课文数量、生字量会减少。由于“隐性生字”在现行的一年级语文教材中不少出现在古诗词中,今后一些原先要求诵读的古诗词会删去。今后还将启动小学语文课程标准修订、教材整体修订。


  该负责人介绍,这些所谓的“隐性生字”其实是指跟读字,“语文教学”不是“识字教学”,不是单纯为了让孩子认识一个个字,而是要让孩子们理解语言的美、语言的涵义。比如课本上画有苹果,当出现“苹果”的生字时,学生们认识“果”,自然也能从语境上跟读出“苹果”。而在小学阶段的教学中,汉字“四会(会认、会读、会写、会默)”在不同阶段会对学生提出不同的要求,也是个循序渐进的过程。


  老师:篇目太多课时赶



  对新、老语文教材,熟悉它们的老师们又是如何看待?


  上世纪80年代语文教材的编写者徐鹄老师告诉记者:“那时小学一年级课本教拼音和课文,课文最多不过24篇,生字数量最开始每篇不超过8个,以后逐步递增到12个左右,跟读字大概两三个。二年级课文大约30篇左右,中高年级由于课文篇幅增长,课文篇数大约在20余篇。”徐鹄老师说,过去就算是跟读字,也会在后几篇课文中与学生重新“打个照面”,有利于学生重复记忆,现在的教材有些跟读字出现一次以后就不重现了。


  徐鹄老师表示,现在的教材篇目较多、篇幅较长,而课时却不增加,为了让孩子在课堂里跟得上,不少家长不得不给孩子做预习。


  武宁路小学一年级语文老师陈静告诉记者,语文课本“量”的变革确实存在空间,现在的课文篇数有40余篇,一学期20周,每周9课时,还要进行写字、口语、拓展方面的教学,学生基本天天都要上新课文,除了要求认识的字和要求描摹的字,潜在的生字阅读要求也不小。实际教学中,过了半个学期后,有些学生“来不及消化”。


  教育人士表示,在课程教改的同时,相应的评价体系也要跟上,比如不单单考察孩子认知的程度,而要结合实际考察其综合应用和理解。
