　　当前形势下，净化网络空间不仅是政府的一项重要任务，对于日益成熟的网民来说，也理应成为一种责任和担当。文明上网、理智上网，不信谣、不传谣，是网民和各类网站义不容辞的社会责任。坚守“七条底线”净化网络环境，让造谣者得到惩罚，让公众对谣言自动产生“免疫”，才能让网络谣言无处生根。
