Last week concerned agencies to make an adverse ruling members of the big four accounting firms in the world, China, which have an impact on Chinese companies listing.

Jingdong Auditors is headquartered in Shanghai zhongtian accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP), the firm is liable for suspension audit United States firms in listed companies.

上周有关机构做出不利于全球四大会计师事务所中国成员所的裁决，这一情况已对中国公司赴美上市计划造成影响。

京东商城(JD.com)在周四提交的赴美首次公开募股(IPO)文件中，将“四大”中国成员所受到的一项裁决列为风险因素之一。这项裁决认为“四大”中国成员所应该被暂停对美国上市公司的审计业务，且时间长达六个月。

上述裁决由美国证券交易委员会(Securities and Exchange Commission，简称SEC)一位行政法官做出，目前尚未生效，且相关方面可能发起上诉。不过京东上市文件表明，这一裁决对希望赴美上市的中国公司造成影响。

京东的审计方是总部位于上海的普华永道中天会计师事务所(PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP)，该事务所是可能被暂停审计美国上市公司的事务所之一。
