记者实测凌晨达峰值相较去年下降15% 噪音同样有减轻
2013年北京经历的多次严重雾霾，让市民们更加认识到保护环境的重要。不少市民也有了春节期间少放、不放烟花爆竹的新观念。
从昨天晚上到今天凌晨，记者通过实地走访、检测发现，今年春节烟花爆竹的燃放量确实降低不少，对减轻空气污染做出了贡献。从全市的检测情况来看，PM2.5值也远低于去年春节。
现场 晚间平静零时爆发
昨晚从8时开始，记者沿市内主路查看，并没有发现往年出现的漫天烟火，空气中也闻不到刺鼻的火药味。
但从晚上11时30分开始，爆竹的燃放进入高峰，记者在车内也能闻到一股刺鼻的火药味，路面上开始出现烟雾，能见度快速下降。记者发现，零时之后，爆竹声一浪压过一浪，被点燃的烟花甚至能照亮夜空。
燃放高峰持续了不足1个小时，到零时30分，街头已经逐渐安静了。到凌晨1时左右，燃放基本结束。
检测 PM 2.5凌晨达高峰
从昨天白天到今天凌晨，记者在城区内选取了6个不同位置，测量了这些地区的平均PM2.5浓度。每个地区测量5次，计算平均值。测量时也尽量避免有车辆通过，以免对数据造成影响。
以丰台区的西罗园为例，白天PM2.5的最高值达到了86毫克/立方米。受到早上大风的影响，天气晴朗，前日的雾气被吹散，在昨日晚6时之前，平均PM2.5的浓度下降到了45毫克/立方米。
从晚8时开始，燃放烟花爆竹的市民开始增多。但与前两年相比，数量稀少。从今天凌晨零时开始，整个城市再次“沸腾”。
记者在方庄地区检测到了839毫克/立方米的最高值。但这一数值只出现过一次，在方庄地区，11时30分至12时30分的平均PM2.5浓度约为346毫克/立方米。而从12时30分开始，这一数值逐步回落至250以下。
通过计算可以发现，和往年一样，凌晨零时是燃放的高峰，其他时段燃放只是个别现象。
发布PM 2.5峰值下降15%
记者从北京市环境保护监测中心网站上查询，昨天下午5时至6时，PM 2.5浓度有明显上升趋势，此时全市平均PM 2.5浓度在150微克/立方米左右。
昨天晚上8时至今天凌晨零时，PM 2.5小时浓度基本维持在150微克/立方米左右。与去年对比，每一个时段的污染强度都有所下降。去年除夕晚上9时，PM 2.5浓度已达到300微克/立方米，而今年同期仅为去年的一半。
今年的PM 2.5峰值出现在凌晨1时左右，PM 2.5浓度为347微克/立方米，比去年同期减少了15%。
此外，市环境保护监测中心公布，截至今天凌晨零时，市区居住区烟花爆竹集中燃放时段噪声平均值在75.2—85.1分贝之间，平均值比去年同期下降2分贝左右。

讲述 为了安全健康不放烟花爆竹
小郝去年7月初为人母，一家人也随之放弃了春节燃放烟花爆竹这个习惯。
“家里有老人，他们喜欢热闹的氛围。”小郝告诉记者，以往春节，她家都会买上几百块钱的爆竹，配合春节的气氛。
随着儿子去年降生，小郝一家放弃了过年燃放烟花爆竹的习惯。这样做，最直接的原因就为了安全。即使是把爆竹放在家里，她和家人也多了份担心。“而且声响那么大，也怕小孩子受不了。”
另一个重要的原因，就是为了保护环境。“特别是有了自己的孩子，更希望他在一个健康的环境中成长。”小郝说。
在过去的一年，“雾霾”成为了媒体报道的高频词，小郝也越来越关注各种可能影响空气质量的因素。春节临近时她发现，燃放烟花爆竹对空气质量的影响被频频提出。“有的媒体还做了实验，一看数值真挺吓人的。”
基于以上这些理由，小郝一家商量后最终决定，今年放弃燃放烟花爆竹的习惯。
对于人们燃放习惯的改变，德外桥附近某小区的居委会张主任，也有着很深的感触。
张主任告诉记者，前几年春节，因为在院内燃放烟花爆竹，该小区已有近40块玻璃被震坏。“有一年除夕晚上，一个老太太就被崩碎的玻璃划伤了面部。”张主任说，引发事故的主要是一些违规的烟花爆竹。
“因为都是街坊邻居，在劝阻违规燃放时总有些吃力。”张主任表示，从前年开始，小区院内全面禁放，遇到违规的行为尽量劝阻。如今她发现，居民们变得越来越自觉了。
