除夕夜空气质量好于去年
市环保监测中心数据显示，截至今晨零时，全市PM2.5小时浓度最高站为西城万寿西宫，为246微克/立方米，达到了重度污染，PM10小时浓度最高也是该站点，为424微克/立方米，达到严重污染，这是空气质量最差级别。
昨日18时至今晨零时，PM2.5平均浓度为140-160微克/立方米之间，为轻度至中度污染水平，远低于去年。
16时开始PM2.5浓度逐渐升高
昨日，市环保监测中心实时发布平台数据显示，从16时开始，PM2.5的浓度逐渐升高。
昨日20时，全市转为中度至重度污染水平，其中，城六区为中度污染，西南部为重度污染水平。21时至22时之间，全市的空气质量没有太大变化。23时，城六区的PM2.5实时浓度为162微克/立方米，为中度污染水平。在市环保监测中心实时发布平台显示，35个站点的首要污染物均为PM2.5，其中绝大部分站点处于良好至轻度污染水平之间，部分站点为中度污染，西南部的琉璃河和榆垡为重度污染。
总体而言，全市空气质量从16时往后开始转差，约20时开始，全市处于中度至重度污染水平，没有太大起伏。
今晨1时，零时烟花爆竹燃放使得上一小时污染达到峰值，站点之间浓度差异较大。其中，城六区PM2.5实时浓度为451微克/立方米；东北部为544；西南部为458，均为严重污染水平。
市气象局表示，今天的污染物扩散条件不利，烟花燃放指数为3级，即不适宜燃放。正月初二为极不适宜燃放。初二往后，只有初五的天气形势比较适宜燃放烟花。
