　　新华网北京1月30日电 据中央纪委监察部网站消息，金俊杰，男，1957年11月出生，浙江宁海人，大学文化，1975年6月参加工作，1976年1月加入中国共产党。2002年10月任宁波市水利局党委书记、局长，2009年3月任宁波市人事局党组书记，同年4月任宁波市人事局局长。2011年4月任宁波市人力资源和社会保障局党委书记、局长。

　　2012年12月25日，市纪委监察局对金俊杰严重违纪问题予以党政纪立案。2013年1月20日，金俊杰因涉嫌受贿罪被移送市人民检察院作进一步侦查。11月18日，市中级人民法院作出一审判决。

　　法院认为，金俊杰身为国家工作人员，利用职务上的便利，非法收受他人财物，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物人民币共计116万元，其行为已构成受贿罪。鉴于金俊杰归案后坦白交代态度好，又有立功表现，且能退清全部赃款，认罪态度好，有悔罪表现，依法可予以减轻处罚，遂作出如下判决：金俊杰犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑九年，并处没收财产人民币十万元；违法所得人民币116万元予以追缴，上缴国库。
