来国峰的儿子刚满半岁，白白胖胖，一逗就笑。来家给他起名“来回平”，寓意来之不易、辗转回家以及平安长大。来国峰告诉记者，1月7日，他以儿子来回平监护人的身份，向富平县人民法院起诉富平县妇幼保健院，申请索赔28万余元。
来国峰透露，为寻找被拐卖的儿子，他求助于亲朋好友，为此欠债数万元人民币；不到20天，瘦了10斤；夫妻反目，家庭破碎。“张淑侠已经受到严惩，我现在就是觉得医院也要负起责任。”
