Gansu bursts of 9 forest and grassland fires， fire area of over 400 hectares

Xinhuanet, Lanzhou, January 30 (reporter Chen Bin)-reporters learned from forest armed police corps in Gansu province, affected by the current causes such as warmer, drier climate and Chinese new year sacrifice effects, high incidence of forest fires in Gansu province in the near future. January 29, cooperation within Gansu province, Lanzhou, Zhangye, Pingliang, and there have been 9 forest and grassland fires, a total far more than 400 hectares. After the fire broke out, to the location of emergency contingency plan start a forest fire suppression, forest armed police corps in Gansu province quickly mobilize 4 Brigade of nearly 300 soldiers rushed to the scene to fight the blaze.

As of 30th, 9-7 in a fire has been extinguished, fire and another 2 are disposal and to the blaze. It is known, is still in the fire fighting work undertaken is huating County in Pingliang city fire and forest in guanshan kongtong district in Pingliang city fire forest in Baishui Town, because of the complex terrain, fire, wind larger and more points of origin, caused difficulties for the blaze, the fire caused no casualties.

　　新华网兰州1月30日电（记者 陈斌）记者从森林武警甘肃省总队了解到，受当前气温回升、气候干燥及春节祭祀等原因影响，近期甘肃省森林火灾呈高发态势。1月29日至30日，甘肃省内合作、兰州、平凉、张掖等地相继发生9起森林及草原火灾，累计过火面积超过400公顷。火灾发生后，事发地紧急启动森林火灾扑救应急预案，森林武警甘肃省总队迅速调集事发地4个大队的近300名官兵赶赴火场进行扑救工作。

　　截止30日24时，9起火灾中的7起已被扑灭，另有2起火灾正在进行处置和全力扑救。据了解，目前仍在开展扑救工作的火场为平凉市华亭县关山林区火场和平凉市崆峒区白水镇林区火场，由于火灾现场地势复杂，风力较大以及起火点较多，给扑救工作造成了一定困难，火灾暂未造成人员伤亡。
