　　校长的这一苦恼有望很快得到解决。今年初广西提出从今年开始4年内将投入1000亿元新建及改扩建1000所学校，包括为学生、老师们建宿舍。

　　在此期间，广西在执行勤俭节约的“八项规定”活动中将压缩政府楼堂馆所建设，节约出来的资金将额外被用于教育。

　　这在罗芝诚这一基层教育工作者看来，无疑是最好的新年礼物。和他一样，广西山村还有不少学校配套设施不健全，没有教师会议室、两三个学生挤在一张床上睡觉、老师放学骑行几十公里回家、体育器材严重匮乏等现象，都制约着这里教育水平的提高。

　　因为条件差，很多乡村学校留不住年轻老师，剩下大量年纪大、知识结构老化的“爷爷奶奶”级的教师工作在小学一线。

　　为解决这一问题，广西今年初印发《关于加快改革创新全面振兴教育的决定》，提出全面实施广西教育振兴行动计划。其中“义务教育均衡发展工程”投入资金329亿元，新建学校390所，改扩建学校一批，新建、改扩建义务教育教学及辅助用房、学生生活用房475万平方米，配套建设运动场等基础设施等，着力消除城镇学校“超大班额”和农村寄宿制学校“大通铺”现象。

　　其中，河池市将在未来4年里建设28所中小学，加上庞大的配套资金，极大改善当地学校的办学条件。
