据新华社电 “互联网域名管理技术国家工程实验室”近日在京成立。该实验室由国家发展和改革委员会批复建立，中国互联网络信息中心(C N N IC )牵头成立，旨在通过互联网域名管理技术研究和成果转化，加快探索保障基础信息网络安全机制，促进互联网行业良性发展。
不久前，国内很多网站都出现间歇性无法访问的情况，经评估是国内通用顶级域名的根解析出现问题所致。域名系统出现的问题再次提醒人们，确保网络安全，不仅要防止与网民直接相关的应用软件和网站出现问题，更要从网民访问互联网的第一入口——— 域名系统的安全入手。
互联网域名管理技术国家工程实验室是我国互联网域名领域的第一个国家工程实验室，将通过开展域名应用评估、域名不良应用分析、网民行为分析等，为规范互联网域名服务管理提供技术支撑，同时加快网络与信息安全技术创新，推动相关产业的发展升级。
