  央广网西安1月30日消息(记者满朝旭 冯悦 刘乐)据中国之声《新闻纵横》报道,春节前夕,国务院总理李克强到陕西考察慰问并走访多家企业和科研院所。在西安比亚迪汽车有限公司了解纯电动汽车研发时,李克强总理表达了对环境污染问题的关注,在了解纯电动汽车研发时,李克强说,要倡导人人使用,向污染宣战。


  李克强:纯电动要替代公交车,减少污染,也是我们向污染宣战。


  这是李克强总理27日考察汽车企业时,在生产车间的一辆电动公交车上说的一段话。


  工信部部长苗圩此前曾坦言,当初发展电动汽车,只注重车,没注重配套设置。


  苗圩:坦率的说,当初推广电动汽车的时候,大家都重视了车,没重视配套设施。现在恰恰是配套设施限制了电动汽车的发展。我们现在的电动车,不客气的说是在传统车的基础上的一个改装,我们应该开发出这样一个平台:取消机械传统、液压传动、各种传动,就是一个电驱动,电驱动是能量转换效率最高的。


  新能源汽车目前应用的空间有多大?第一电动网CEO庞义成认为,从目前新能源汽车的发展来看,城市公共交通代步和中小城市农村的应用空间更大。


  庞义成:按照目前的产品形态跟传统汽油汽车比的话,性能上确实有差距。速度没有那么高,续程没有那么长,充电没有加油那么方便。但如果说从应用的角度上讲,目前已经有应用的可能性,而且是相对大范围的应用。比如在公共交通领域,更适用于城市上下班的代步,适用于城市家庭第二两用车。还有一个更大的应用空间,就是在三级市场以下,就是在中小城市,城乡结合部和广大乡村,这个空间是巨大的。


  根据国家节能与新能源汽车产业发展规划,到2015年,纯电动汽车和插电式混合动力汽车累计产销量力争达到50万辆;到2020年,生产能力达200万辆、累计产销量超过500万辆,可以说,新能源汽车行业已进入快速发展通道。对于现在新能源车销量的增速,中汽协秘书长董扬认为:


  董扬:基本上2012比2011翻一番,2011比2010翻一番,而且是纯电动,混合动力,插电式都是这样。数据说明,企业、社会、消费者,是重视,新能源汽车和节能汽车的。


  财经评论员叶檀表示,需要依靠市场的手,让更多资金投入到新能源汽车行业当中。


  叶檀:对于新能源车实行补贴,鼓励更多的资金投入到新能源汽车领域中去,而现在的新能源汽车领域,我们的技术瓶颈还是比较多,所以新能源车推广的不快,补贴和后续服务都跟不上。
