张海，健力宝原董事长，因犯职务侵占罪、挪用资金罪，于2005年4月30日被逮捕，2008年9月12日广东省高院二审判处有期徒刑10年。2010年6月、12月，张海因检举揭发他犯余罪和发明“汽车前后双视镜”实用新型专利分获立功和重大立功奖励，获取减刑4年1个月28天，于2011年1月26日刑满出狱。经查，张海用来立功的破案线索信息是贿赂而来。他委托律师代其贿赂佛山看守所有关工作人员获得破案线索，进行检举揭发。而所谓国家专利，也是张海“冒名骗取”的。该专利是张海指使他原公司一名工程师设计，并通过专利代理公司运作申报的。目前，监狱机关已经撤消了张海的立功和重大立功，韶关中院据此撤销了张海的两次减刑裁定。依据法律规定，张海仍有4年1个月28天余刑。
