  江西省会南昌31日凌晨实时空气质量指数超过500,一度成为中国74个公布PM2.5数据城市中空气质量最差城市。随后,中国南北方多个城市PM2.5相继“爆表”。截至31日6时,空气质量最差的10个城市分别是:武汉、呼和浩特、长沙、西安、保定、南昌、石家庄、唐山、肇庆、邢台。


  从除夕到大年初一,西安及周边城区雾霾笼罩。据中国环境监测总站统计,截至31日上午9时,西安市13个监测点中的PM2.5数值均突破300微克/立方米属严重污染。其中,临潼区监测点PM2.5数值达986微克/立方米。


  2013年以来,中国内地多个城市遭遇“雾霾危机”。据媒体公开报道显示,去年12月初发生的一场大范围雾霾中,陆续有25个省份、100多座大中城市不同程度出现雾霾天气,覆盖中国近半国土。


  中国中央气象台今年首次发布全国性烟花爆竹燃放气象指数预报,该指数综合考虑了烟花爆竹燃放安全、污染物扩散、空气质量,以及风、湿度及降水等气象条件,为民众燃放提供参考。


  春节前夕,产煤大省山西省会太原,首次以官方名义发布禁止燃放烟花爆竹公告。此前,陕西、江西、河南等省多座城市亦发出呼吁,倡导民众减少或不燃放鞭炮,以应对空气污染危机。


  31日当天,华北南部、陕西关中、黄淮中部、四川盆地、长江中下游地区、新疆北部等地的部分地区气象条件不适宜燃放烟花爆竹。(完)
