对于除夕不放假这件事儿，张欣觉得有些郁闷，“到这个日子，根本就不想工作，各种坐不住。”张欣称，看到好多单位都放假了，她心里直着急。
“好多同事在屋里画年画，有的画各种马，就为了迎接春节的到来。聊天内容也是过年如何串亲戚，你说这哪儿还坐得住啊？”张欣说，昨天她出去吃午饭时，看见商场好多人在逛街，自己都觉得心里不平衡，死活不想回单位上班，“但是腿不听我的，还是得回去。”

不过张欣的朋友过年要去南非玩，是除夕晚上的飞机，所以昨天下午一下班就赶紧冲回家收拾准备出行的东西了。
放假欢提前放假 除夕在家好轻松
不过记者发现，还没到除夕时，很多单位在腊月廿九的时候就已经给员工放了假，有些人已经悠闲地在家“吃着火锅唱着歌了。”

另一位在一家留学中介上班的女士称，早在腊月廿八的时候他们就已经放假了，除夕能在家休息。
就在昨天，微博大“V”、知名房地产商任志强也发布微博称，“今天就全放假了。要给异地工作的员工留足回家路上的时间。轻松和安心地过个好年。”这条微博，也被网友称赞人性化。
也有一些单位会选择“以假易假”的方式来给员工放除夕假，比如某建筑企业就会将这个假期直接在员工的年假中扣除。
媒体调查超七成人反对除夕上班
记者发现，曾有媒体作出这样一个调查，共有23045人参与，其中41.9%受访者表示，单位除夕肯定放假。
但73.6%的人并不赞同这种需“领导体谅”而不是大大方方就能除夕休假的安排。
