高俊平是内蒙古最大的城市棚户区包头北梁的搬迁居民代表之一，即将过去的一年，1.3万户居民告别老旧低矮平户搬入新楼房，实现了“宜居梦”。大年三十，记者走入高俊平家，体会棚户区搬迁居民的年味。
2013年2月3日，时任国务院副总理的李克强走进包头北梁高俊平家不足20平米的小屋，了解到这里的居民思改造、盼搬迁的强烈愿望。11个月之后，高俊平说，他真的迁入新居，圆了日思夜想的楼房梦。
高俊平告诉记者，年前他还给李克强总理写了一封信，告诉总理他搬入了新楼房，邀请总理再来北梁做客。
大年三十晚上18时刚过，记者来到内蒙古包头市东河区惠民新城的高俊平的新家，灯笼、福字，喜气洋洋……6岁的小孙子高宇博一会儿到厨房找吃的、一会儿到卧室翻翻玩具，快乐地玩着。而“主厨”高俊平已经在厨房里忙着年夜饭。
“搬入新居特别高兴，做起饭来是越来越有劲。你看我这个米饭里放点红枣、核桃，寓意着我今年一年里红红火火，特别舒畅。”高俊平特意打开锅盖，告诉记者。
晚上七点，红烧鲤鱼、炸丸子、炒蒜薹、酱肘子、酸辣黄瓜等等凉热菜一一摆上桌，高家五口人围桌而坐，一家人端起了杯迎接着新春的到来。
“去年2月3日，李克强总理实地考察北梁棚户区，当时我全程陪同总理，介绍了我们三官庙社区的整体情况。3月起，入户摸底全面开始，期盼已久的北梁改造拉开了序幕”。
崔强印象深刻的是，9月9日北梁棚户区搬迁改造工作进入了征收阶段，三官庙社区成为重点片区。“尽管社区事务繁忙，但能让社区居民住上安心舒适的房子，是我的梦想，有幸参与到重点征收区域的征拆工作，既是一份责任、也是荣耀。”崔强说。
内蒙古自治区党委常委、包头市委书记王中和说，在整个北梁棚户区改造过程中没有出现一起群体性事件、群访事件和安全案件，实现了“和谐征拆”。他告诉记者，今年北梁棚户区改造的任务是搬迁居民1.5万户，3.9万人，征拆房屋面积150万平方米，完成北梁棚改总工作量的三分之二以上，早日实现北梁居民的“宜居梦”。(完)
