预计今天夜间到明天白天，新疆北部将出现小到中雪天气，其中，新疆阿勒泰、伊犁河谷等地的部分地区有大雪。另外，新疆北部等地还将有4～6级风，山口地区风力可达8～9级。
今天白天，华北南部至长江中下游地区出现较大范围的大雾天气，部分地区出现能见度不足200米的强浓雾天气。预计今天夜间到明天上午，我国中东部仍将出现大雾天气，中央气象台继续发布大雾黄色预警：
华北东部和南部、黄淮大部、江淮、江汉、江南北部以及西南地区东部等地有大雾，其中河北南部、天津、山东西部、河南中东部、江苏、安徽北部、四川盆地东部、重庆等地的部分地区有能见度不足500米的浓雾，局地有能见度不足200米的强浓雾。请大家在驾车走亲访友途中务必打开大灯以及雾灯，提醒前后车辆注意，并控制好车速，谨慎驾驶。
因无明显冷空气影响，空气污染气象条件较差，所以河北中南部及长江中下游地区不适宜燃放烟花爆竹。今天夜间到明天白天，河北中南部、京津地区、黄淮北部和东部、江淮东部、江南北部、陕西关中、四川盆地等地的部分地区气象条件不适宜燃放烟花爆竹。

1月31日20时至2月1日20时，新疆北部、内蒙古东部、辽宁南部等地有小到中雪或雨夹雪，其中，新疆阿勒泰、伊犁河谷等地的部分地区有大雪；河北东南部、山东大部、苏皖北部等地有小雨，山东东南部部分地区有中雨。新疆北部、内蒙古中西部等地有4～6级风，新疆北部山口地区风力可达8～9级。南海东南部将有7～8级风、阵风9级。
2月1日20时至2月2日20时，新疆沿天山地区、内蒙古东北部、东北地区大部等地有小到中雪，局部有大雪。内蒙古大部、华北地区中北部、东北地区等地有4～6级风。渤海有5～6级转7～8级风、阵风9级，渤海海峡、黄海北部有4～5级转6～7级风、阵风8级。
2日20时至3日20时，新疆西部、黑龙江等地有小到中雪，新疆西南部局部有大雪；江淮，黄淮西南部，江南东北部等地有小雨。内蒙古、华北、东北地区、黄淮等地有4～6级风。渤海、黄海大部、东海北部海域将有6～8级风、阵风9级。
