　　人民网北京1月31日电 据公安部网站消息，公安部在全国集中组织开展了除夕“零点行动”，各级公安机关对公共娱乐场所、烟花爆竹集中燃放区域及节日庆典、大型演出等群众性活动场所进行消防安全重点检查和守护。据公安部消防局统计，全国共出动检查组3.2万余个，检查社会单位12.5万余家，发现火灾隐患13.2万余个，督促整改隐患11.7万个，临时查封单位143家。

　　各级党委、政府及公安机关领导深入重点单位和烟花爆竹集中燃放点、节庆活动场所进行检查。中央电视台和各地电视台通过滚动字幕形式，播发安全燃放烟花爆竹常识提示。各地利用户外视频、楼宇电视、微博、微信等播发消防公益广告、知识短片和提示信息。中国移动、联通、电信共发送春节消防安全提示17.3亿条(次)。

　　公安消防部队近18万名官兵实行等级战备，严格执勤备战、值班巡逻和现场守护。除夕当晚，设立流动执勤点2307个，出动车辆4535辆，出动官兵22193人，对烟花爆竹集中燃放点实行现场执勤守护，并在商业促销、庙会等节庆活动场所及重点街区、居民住宅区、易燃易爆场所等地驻守执勤。

　　据统计，1月30日(除夕)20时至31日凌晨1时，全国共发生火灾1047起，死亡10人，未发生较大以上火灾事故。公安消防部队接警出动5452次，出动消防车辆11003辆(次)、警力61107人(次)。
