枪击案受害者 涉及两户村民
1月30日下午5时17分许，腾冲县猴桥镇箐口社区小灰山村民小组发生一起故意杀人案件，犯罪嫌疑人邵宗其用疑似半自动步枪击中9人，导致6人死亡3人受伤，案发后持枪驾车潜逃。
据云南省政府办公厅消息，1月30日发生的腾冲枪击案受害者身份已确认，涉及两家人，与警方锁定的嫌疑人住在同村。另据腾冲县政府新闻办通报，嫌疑人作案动机可能是报复与其妻子有染的同村村民。
经公安机关初步侦查，犯罪嫌疑人邵宗其发现其妻子与被害人邵宗平、邵宗华等本村村民有不正当男女关系后，心理失衡，对邵宗平、邵宗华两户实施故意杀人的报复行为。
受害者是两户人家成员，遇难者分别为邵宗平及其妻子、长子、次子和邵宗华的父亲及妻子，三名伤者分别为邵宗华及其长子、长女。
枪支来源不明 警方悬赏20万
云南省腾冲县政府新闻办昨日发布消息，目前伤者已送到当地医院救治。当地警方发出协查通报，悬赏20万元缉拿犯罪嫌疑人。

云南省省长李纪恒就腾冲枪击案作出批示，要求全力抓捕犯罪嫌疑人归案，依法严惩。
记者上午致电腾冲县政府外宣办，工作人员表示，目前还没有人提供有价值线索拿走20万悬赏。此外，关于枪支来源的疑问或许要等到嫌疑人落网才可揭晓。
