中新网嘉兴1月31日电(见习记者 吴佳蔚 通讯员 钟杰) 浙江新春期间频遭雾霾来袭，给民众的出行带来严重影响。31日，记者自浙江高速交警嘉兴支队方面获悉，继除夕凌晨2时多，嘉兴境内的高速公路因起雾封道7个多小后，今天大年初一再次因雾霾封道。特别是杭州湾跨海大桥从昨晚9时左右起，一直至上午10时多才解除封道措施，时间长达13个小时，大桥北接线主线堵车最长达6公里。
当天上午9时多，在杭州湾跨海大桥嘉兴港区收费站附近，记者看到，由于跨海大桥封道，滞留的车辆从收费站一直往后排，队伍长达10里多路，而随着后方车辆的不断驶入，“堵车”队伍越变越长。因为封道堵车，不少司机趁着大年初一，自驾出游的计划受到了影响。
记者现场了解到，越靠近收费站，车辆被堵的时间也就越长。
来自上海的陈女士一家，今天凌晨就从家里出发了，本打算大年初一去舟山的普陀山游玩，谁知因为大雾封道，整整在杭州湾跨海大桥嘉兴港区收费站口等了9个多小时。
“昨天半夜到这里，2点钟等到现在，电瓶没电了，就上演了一下‘人在囧途’的感觉，真的，动都不能动，等到现在了，没吃，没喝的这种感觉，实在受不了(昨天晚上怎么过的)就坐在车子里，整整一个晚上到现在。”言及此，陈女士一脸的无奈。
据悉，由于受大雾影响，从30日9时多起，跨海大桥两岸开始实行封道限行，嘉兴高速交警在嘉兴港区收费站进行分流，一直持续到上午10时15分，在宁波高速交警警车的带路下，主线滞留车辆开始缓慢通行，到11时30分左右，杭州湾跨海大桥恢复正常通行。
因雾霾导致杭州湾跨海大桥封道长达13个小时，北接线上的交通事故也是平时的3-4倍，且都发生在堵车后方，事故形态主要为两车追尾和刮擦。
在此，高速交警表示，民众咋春节期间自驾出游，出行前可以提前获取天气信息和高速路况信息。一旦遇到堵车，一定要保持冷静心态，并与前车保持必要安全距离，发生轻微事故的，及时将车辆靠边，以免影响后方车辆。(完)
