法制晚报讯 (记者 赵颖彦 谢璐) 今天一早，京城东南部便被雾气笼罩。截至上午10点，城区35个空气质量检测点中大部分显示为中度污染。据市气象台介绍，明天上午将有一股冷空气抵达京城，届时将吹起3-4级北风，空气质量将得到好转。
今天上午，中央气象台继续发布大雾黄色预警。对于北京来说，雾气和昨夜的烟花燃放交叠，今天上午本市的空气质量不算乐观。
记者在北京市环境保护监测中心网站上看到，本市共35个监测点，截止到上午10点，30个监测点显示为中度污染，前门、通州、平谷、顺义、永乐店五个监测点为重度污染。
上午11点，在空气质量实况图上，记者看到城区大部分地区是“橙色”。其中西直门北的PM2.5实时浓度为每立方米150微克，农展馆PM2.5实时浓度为每立方米164微克。此时，城区环境评价点中空气质量指数最高的在海淀万柳，AQI为193，其次是西城万寿西宫和东城东四并列第二，AQI为184。
据气象专家介绍，今天白天本市处于低压辐合区且刮偏南风，污染扩散条件不利。但明天上午，一股冷空气主体将抵达本市，届时将携手3-4级北风前来京城“拜年”。
受其影响，雾和空气中的细颗粒物将“识趣”地远离京城。虽然有大风来袭，但明天的气温并没有回落反而最高温度回升至9℃。后天起，温度将明显“跳水”，最高温度仅2℃。专家建议，市民外出应以防风保暖为主。
相关新闻出京车辆多 京藏上午交通管制
尽管京城上午雾霾笼罩，多数高速路段却并没因此而封路，但京藏等高速公路因出京车辆过多，而采取了交通管制措施。
今天上午，记者从市交通运行监测部门了解到，与前两天相比，今天路面交通流量有所上升，但市区全路网依然处于“畅通”级别，各条环路、联络线行驶起来都一路畅通。
同时，市民前往外地、远近郊的出行车辆明显上升，虽然没有因雾霾而封路，却因出京车辆过多而采取了临时交通管制。如今天上午10时许，京藏高速出京方向北沙滩至清河桥交通流量大，拥堵约4公里，清河主站支入口采取了临时交通管制，对车辆采取分流措施。
而京港澳高速受河北段施工及车多影响，杜家坎收费站出京方向行驶缓慢，拥堵约4公里，虽然交通部门提示市民往京开高速绕行，但京开高速出京方向大兴桥至天宫院也是交通流量很大，拥堵约5公里。另外，京沪高速大羊坊到采育路段车辆也出现行驶缓慢。
据分析，高速公路车流高峰将主要集中在今、明两天的出京方向，以及2月5日、6日的进京方向。
