前几天联想29亿美元收购摩托罗拉的事情大家都还记忆犹新吧，一直关注业内新闻的朋友肯定心里都清楚，谷歌卖摩托罗拉一点都不亏，谷歌现在仍然持有15000多项摩托罗拉专利，联想购买到手的是2000项，还有摩托罗拉的员工和硬件部门。而为什么谷歌会卖掉摩托罗拉呢？业内有传闻说是为了修补与三星之间摇摇欲坠的合作关系。

我们都知道，三星是最早采用Android系统的手机厂商之一，而且谷歌和三星一直都走得非常近，但是在谷歌Nexus手机采用LG、平板电脑采用华硕之后，两家的关系就出现了裂痕。在CES2014上，三星最新发布的Galaxy Note Pro系列平板电脑则搭载了全新的Magazine UX界面，表面上看与谷歌渐行渐远。
三星是安卓最大的合作伙伴，谷歌不能失去三星，所以谷歌为三星做出了巨大的让步：1.谷歌与三星签署了为期10年的专利互授权协议；2.谷歌出售摩托罗拉移动智能手机部门（折抵让谷歌没有生产自家终端的能力）；3.谷歌可能会停止推出Nexus系列硬件产品。我想谷歌真的是做出了巨大的牺牲，不过谷歌现在真的是不敢得罪三星，未来安卓系统的兴衰，或许就掌握在三星手上。但这真的是直接促成谷歌贱卖摩托罗拉的真相吗？我们以后还能买到Nexus手机和平板吗？
