第三，美国市场是否能如愿通过收购打入？联想手机的计划是两年，也就是2015年进美国。
1、联想把摩托罗拉移动带回“盈利性”轨道，并向三星、苹果公司发起挑战。在PC市场联想是冠军，在全球手机市场，联想将是强有力的第三名竞争者；（华为终端CEO余承东也曾信誓旦旦：华为终端是全球第三名。小编猜测有两者可能是并列第三！）

3、交易需要6-9个月的时间完成，联想期望交易完成后，2015年在全球销售1亿部智能手机。（笔者旁白：中移动计划2014年出4G手机1亿部，联想可以考虑把中移动的“活”全承包了。）
4、不过如果不是对这个有信心，联想也不敢吃这个“螃蟹”。当时把ThinkPad笔记本从IBM买来的时候，联想也一年亏好几亿。
