　　此次国土资源部完成2013年度银额、南黄海、塔里木3个盆地的油气探矿权竞争性出让，共成功出让14个区块、67935.5平方千米的探矿权。此次进行竞争性出让的油气勘查区块共17个，总面积79685平方千米。

　　中石油、中石化、中海油、延长油矿等4家公司参与了本次竞争出让。专家组对石油公司提交的勘查实施方案评议打分的方式确定各区块的探矿权人。最终中石油获得1个区块，中石化获得4个区块，中海油获得6个区块，延长油矿获得3个区块，另有2个区块因无公司竞争、1个区块因公司提交的勘查实施方案不能满足法定最低勘查投入而撤销出让。
