Beijing’s first snow nearly 70 days late， or break the 63 years late snowfall record

　　昨天夜间到今天白天，北京6个气象观测站观测到了降水。主要分布在北京城区和东南部地区，但基本只是微量降水。最大的降水出现在南部的大兴采育，降雪量为0.3毫米；而朝阳、丰台、观象台三个观测站点的降雪量仅为0.0毫米。所谓0.0毫米的降雪量，是指只观测到雪花飘落，但雨量计中测不到降水量。

　　北京市气象台工作人员表示，此次非常微弱的降水过程，不能构成北京全市这个冬季的“首场降雪”。

　　工作人员：它是有标准的，不能哪儿随便飘个雪，就算下雪了，毕竟不大，量也很小。因为我们站点很多，比如说山区或者哪儿飘两个雪花就算降雪？好像也不是太合适。

　　据了解，北京的“初雪标准”有三个：第一，全市20个人工气象站中，多于10个站点观测到有降雪现象；第二，城区5个站点，均能观测到有降雪现象；第三，城区5个站点中，3个或以上站点观测到有降雪现象，且至少有1个站点降雪量大于或等于0.1毫米。此次降水过程没能达到上述三个“初雪标准”中的任意一个。

　　从往年的数据来看，每年的11月29日是北京常年的平均初雪日，而这个冬天北京的初雪已经迟到了近70天。同时，从今天算起，还有9天北京就要打破2011年2月9号创下的63年最晚初雪纪录。不过很遗憾的是，天气预报显示：春节期间北京出现降雪的可能性很小。
