　　广西卫生部门通报称，1月30日17时许，柳州市疾病预防控制中心接到柳州市人民医院报告，接诊1例严重急性呼吸道感染病例，1月31日2时许再次采集标本进行检测，检测Ｈ5核酸阳性，15时许送达自治区疾病预防控制中心。2月1日6时，自治区疾病预防控制中心复核为Ｈ5Ｎ1阳性。自治区卫生厅专家组根据患者流行病学史、临床表现和实验室检测结果，判定为人感染Ｈ5Ｎ1禽流感病例。

　　通报称，病人蒙某某，男，75岁，退休人员，家住鱼峰区东环大道113号。1月27日，因气促、发热39．4℃，并有咳嗽、咳痰、头痛、胸闷、呼吸困难等症状，到柳州市人民医院急诊科就诊，以肺部感染收入呼吸内科治疗。经诊查，病人患有糖尿病、高血压、心脏病、左肾切除术后等基础疾病，使用左氧氟沙星治疗并无显著效果，出现呼吸窘迫综合征，行气管插管，已经使用达菲等抗病毒药物治疗。

　　1月29日ＣＴ检查结果显示，患者两肺多叶肺炎并胸腔积液，纵隔淋巴结肿大，肺内出现片状影，肺部病变进展迅速，病情危重，自治区医疗专家组正与柳州市医疗专家进行全力抢救。经对病人流行病学调查，患者发病前有活禽暴露史，疾控部门已对病人住所及周边环境进行终末消毒，对16名密切接触者实施医学观察措施，目前尚未发现异常。
