Child safety seats on September 1 a mandatory certification

　　据新华社电 国家质检总局、国家认监委日前决定，自今年9月1日起对儿童安全座椅实施强制性产品认证；自明年9月1日起，未获得强制性产品认证的儿童安全座椅不得出厂、销售、进口或在其他经营活动中使用。

　　此前，我国已对儿童安全座椅实施了强制性国家标准。

　　儿童安全座椅可大大降低交通事故中儿童受伤害的几率，许多国家和地区强制要求儿童乘车必须使用安全座椅。目前，我国儿童安全座椅使用率极低，与此同时，国内市场儿童安全座椅质量参差不齐，提高儿童安全座椅的质量和使用率已势在必行。

　　强制性产品认证(C C C认证)制度是各国政府为保护消费者人身安全等，依法实施的一种产品合格评定制度。
