China： Japan right-wing hype the so-called air defense identification zone of South China Sea treacherous

　　Q: Japan's Asahi Shimbun newspaper recently reported that air defense identification zones are being planned in the South China Sea area. China's comment on this?

　　答：中国作为主权国家完全有权根据自身面临的空中安全形势，采取包括划设防空识别区在内的任何措施，维护国家安全，任何人都不能说三道四。

　　我还要强调的是，中国与东盟关系发展前景光明，中国同东盟国家正共同致力于全面有效落实《南海各方行为宣言》，维护南海和地区和平稳定。总体看，中方并未感受到来自东盟国家的空中安全威胁，对与南海周边国家的关系和南海地区总体形势感到乐观。

　　在此情况下，日本右翼势力近来再三炒作所谓中方马上就要在南海划设防空识别区，纯粹是试图转移国际视线，以掩盖自身修宪扩军的图谋，实属居心叵测。我们正告这些势力，不要为了一己之私谣言惑众，渲染紧张。也希望有关方面谨言慎行，保持冷静、客观态度，与中方相向而行，为地区和平稳定和海空安全作出实实在在的贡献。
