Fu Ying： EU recognition of China’s market economy status are no longer justified

　　她强调，在国际格局和范式发生深刻变化的大背景下，过去的许多思想、观念和治理方式都面临如何适应变化和如何相应改革的问题。制定新的规则和议程，或者修改国际规则时，不能再去试图建立新的堡垒，人为地把世界重新切割成不同的部分。例如有关“跨大西洋贸易协定”和“跨太平洋贸易协定”的谈判，就不应该着眼于如何把中国、印度、巴西等新兴国家排除在外。不能试图将发达国家的10亿人同发展中世界的60亿人对立起来，这种想法是不符合时代精神的，也将是徒劳的。

　　傅莹指出，不能再用陈旧的、你赢我输的观点来看待世界和处理问题，而应代之以全球视野和开放、透明、包容的心态。金砖五国合作就是个典型例子，强调的是包容性，不针对某些国家，更不是要从别国手中抢夺权力。

　　傅莹说，一些过时的观念已失去存在的意义。比如说，欧盟一直不承认中国的市场经济地位，但现在中国贸易额已经排在世界第一位，承认与不承认还有什么意义？
