南都讯 记者薛冰妮 3月1日起，新制定的《广东省老年人优待办法》(下文简称《办法》)正式实施。根据该《办法》，符合本省住房保障条件的老年人优先纳入住房保障范围。其中，对无收入或者低收入的孤寡老人租赁公租房的，免交租金。65岁以上老年人每年免费体检一次。
低无收入孤寡老人免费租公租房
《办法》所称老年人，是指60周岁以上的公民。在众多优待中，住房优惠较受关注。《办法》规定符合本省住房保障条件的老年人优先纳入住房保障范围。其中，对无收入或者低收入的孤寡老人租赁公租房的，免交租金。户籍在本省行政区域内的老年人在其产权或者承租住房拆迁(征收)安置中，同等条件下可享受优先选择楼层的待遇。在养老方面，该办法规定，政府投资兴办的养老机构，应当优先保障经济困难的孤寡、失能、高龄老年人的服务需求。对户籍在本省行政区域内经济困难的老年人，县级以上人民政府应当逐步给予养老服务补贴。
困难老人将获政府全额资助医保
该《办法》规定，各级人民政府应当建立和完善医疗救助制度，将农村五保供养老年人、享受最低生活保障的老年人，按照广东省相关规定纳入医疗救助范围。对户籍在本省行政区域内的农村五保供养老年人、享受最低生活保障的老年人、丧失劳动能力的残疾老年人、低收入老年重病患者、低收入家庭中的老年人等参加城乡居民医疗保险的个人缴费部分，政府予以全额资助。基层医疗卫生机构应当为辖区内65周岁以上老年人建立健康档案，每年免费提供1次包括生活方式和健康状况评估、体格检查、辅助检查和健康指导的健康管理服务。
