　　黑龙江省旅游质量监督管理所所长张孝春解释说：“‘0451-87010055’是黑龙江省旅游局假日期间旅游投诉咨询电话，并非假日办的值班电话。此前公布这部电话是为了保障黑龙江省游客的安全、权益，受理旅游途中的投诉问题。”

　　今年三十、初一两天，张孝春都在单位值班，问询“你们上班吗”的电话直到初二上午从未间断，有的民众要打三、四遍反复确认，“查岗电话”的总数要以百位计算。

　　张孝春表示：“冬天是黑龙江冰雪旅游的旺季，春节又是探亲游的高峰，为了保障游客们的投诉问题及时得到解决，质监执法部门节假日都要坚守在岗位上，这是我们应该做的。查岗电话可以理解，但会造成电话长时间占线，耽误游客们正常解决问题。”

　　据悉，截至目前，黑龙江省春节假日旅游无安全事故，无重大旅游投诉。(完)
